Design-Build is a project delivery system in which both design and construction services are carried out by Morris Building Constructors. Design-Build relies on a single point of responsibility contract and is used to maximize benefits for the client and reduce the delivery schedule by overlapping the design phase and construction phase of a project. At Morris, a team of design and construction professionals unite to create a more efficient process that enables our clients to see an expeditious return on investment.
Working Together
Morris Building Contructors works with you as a team concept. Morris incorporates the client into the Team and acts as a single source provider for the client. We learn the needs and wants of our client, then we bring a certified Architect on board to implement the plan.
Throughout the building process, our clients can watch the progress first hand and contact Morris directly for any changes that they may want to make along the way. Morris' goal is to make sure our client's new facility contributes to their business's success.
